Just did the same thing today. I did drill a small pilot hole for each screw into the frame and used self tapping screws to secure the brackets for the blinds.If you don`t want to drill the frame the only other way is to fix the brackets to the top of the door reveal.You`ll have to determine what sort of drill/plug/screw to use according to the age and construction of your house.The brackets should have vertical and horizontal fixing holes.Good luck.

I know that you ask about putting the blinds onto the doors, but without making a hole, or some heavy duty glue, you are out of luck on a direct attachment. On the other hand, it may work for you to consider ceiling mounting the shades, or onthe wall just above the doors. This can offer similar coverage and protection, but will allow your shades to not move everytime you open or close the doors.
